Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. BASE YEAR - (MAR 01 2015 - FEB 29 2016) Provide material, labor, transportation, and supervision to perform required onsite inspections, tests, repair, emergency repair calls and certifications of four (4) elevators at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK, in accordance with the attached technical specifications and attached Wage Determination 1974-1164 (Rev. 33 dtd 12-30-2014). Includes providing technical data (not separately priced) in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423-1. BASE YEAR - (MAR 01 2015 - FEB 29 2016) Provide the state required QEI to witness annual Safety Test on all four (4) elevators in compliance with Section 8.11 of A17.1 of the National Elevator Code. Awarded contract will have four (4) option years. See attachment
