Description

J&A USTRANSCOM J6 requires continued support from the Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) contract. USTRANSCOM J6 requires other than full and open competition for AIT Support from SRA International Inc. This task order will be replaced by a new competitive Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Due to continued protests, the performance under the new IDIQ contract will not be ready to begin on 01 February 2015 and the new vendor will need adequate ramp-up time to prepare for contract start. Therefore an extension of 1.5 months (01 February 2015 through 16 March 2015) is necessary to avoid a break in service. The addition of this 1.5 month extension will be issued by modification to the current contract as a mutual agreement of both parties IAW FAR 52.212-4(c) Changes. The tasks required during the extension period are identical to those currently being performed.
