Description

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Infusion Minimed Kits for the Dallas CMOP facility. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation is posted as unrestricted. Multiple awards might be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA770-15-Q-0002 shall be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) from February 06, 2015 and will be open for bid until February 11, 2015, 11:00 am EST, for expected delivery on or before February 25, 2015. Solicitation packages will ONLY be accepted through email. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above.
