- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis: upgrades to existing media data cartridges. This requirement is sole sourced to Zodiac Aerospace Systems, 11800 Amber Park Drive, Suite 140, Alpharetta, GA 30009, as the only vendor able to produce the product due to the system being a direct upgrade and must fit exactly into the existing aircraft modification, which has been certified for flight. Any firms believing that they can provide this upgrade of cartridges may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the environment without causing programmatic hardship.
