- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Lease of Non-Tactical Vehicles with drivers (Rental must be in accordance with attached PWS). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to rent vehicles. All prices and costs contained shall be stated in US. Dollars and all quotation submissions by vendors shall be provided in English. When applicable, all taxes, credit card fees and any other fees will be included on the final price.
