- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. US Army Joint Base Religious Support Office has a requirement for chapel musician for Catholic Mass services at Main Post Chapel at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes using Best Value-Tradeoff selection procedure. Price will be considered as having approximately equal weight to all other listed factors. A firm fixed-price contract award will be made in accordance with the attached. 1. Schedule of Services (as referred to as CLIN Schedule). 2. Performance Work Statement. 3. Supply and Small Services Branch Special Instructions. Quoters shall respond with required documents via email to both the primary contract specialist, John Miller, and backup contract specialist, Ron Cason, at the following addresses: john.e.miller.civ@mail.mil and ronald.j.cason.civ@mail.mil no later than the 12:00 noon PST on the due date set for responses. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the primary and backup contract specialists via email to the addresses above, preferably no later than three (3) business days prior to the due date for responses. Questions received later may not provide sufficient time for adequate response, and the government reserves the right to proceed to close the solicitation on schedule regardless.
