- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a vehicle lease for the Forest Service Trails Unlimited team. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-78 effective December 26, 2014. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532120 with a small business size standard of $35.8M. The USDA Forest Service is seeking to establish a vehicle lease for one base year with three one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government for the Enterprise Program, Trails Unlimited. Please review the attached documents. All proposals are due Wednesday, February 18, 2015 no later than 4:00pm (EST).
