The Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, Network Contracting Office (NCO) intends to establish a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) single award firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to provide Telephone Switch Remote Engineering, Technical Support Services, Software Assurance on the existing SV8500 NEC Voice Network/NEC Telephone Switch & System Application(s) for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (hereinafter VALLHS or Government), 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. Period of Performance is for One (1) base year with four (4) Option Years, base year starts on 03/01/2015 to 02/29/2016.
