- Industry Day (DRAFT) Slides Directions to Chan Auditorium Industry Day #3 Feb 11 Attachment 1 rev. 3 This announcement replaces FBO announcement MS-2014-0001B and MS-2014-0001C in their entirety. The Missile Defense Agency will host an Industry Day #3 for the Missile Defense Agency Engineering Support Services (MiDAESS) follow on activities. Please note that the MiDAESS follow on acquisition is renamed Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS). The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Program Office responsible for this acquisition is the Consolidated Support Program Office (MDA/CS) formerly MDA/MS. Due to the overwhelming response to the TEAMS industry Day Participation Request, we have exceeded the capacity of the Industry Day Venue. It is the Agency's intent to accommodate maximum participation so we will sub-divide the original session into two briefings. The TEAMS Industry Day originally planned on February 11, 2015 from 0730-0900 Central Time at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) Campus, Business Administration Building, Chan Auditorium in Huntsville Alabama will now be two sessions. Session I will be held from 0730-0900 Central Time, check in will be from 0700-0730. Session II will be held from 1000-1130, check in will be 0930-1000. If your company name begins with the letters "A" - "L" you will be assigned to Session I, "M-"Z" will be assigned to Session II. Parking for Session II will be at a premium as UAH students typically use the Auditorium parking lot as overflow so you are encouraged to plan accordingly. If you have not already made a reservation you may still do so until 1700 February 10, 2015 at TEAMS2015@mda.mil. If you have already provided a notification to attend from a prior announcement, an additional response is not required. Please title your response as "Industry Day #3 Participation"and include the name of your company and the names of your two planned representatives. Industry Day agenda items include an Acquisition Overview, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) recommendations, Market Survey analysis, contract structure, scope of work segregation, and RFP release schedules. The Industry Day Summary of Scope of Work, directions to the Chan Auditorium, and a draft briefing are attached. Due to logistical challenges associated with hosting two sessions, questions will not be taken during or after the presentation, but blank question sheets will be provided so you may submit written questions to be posted to FedBizOps after completion of the TEAMS industry day. Attendance at Industry Day #3 is NOT a requirement to attend future Industry Days. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this announcement or for attendance to any Industry Day. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of services. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future. This announcement does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.
