- The Southern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for Telehealth SFH Support Services for the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Army, The period of performance is 1 April 2015 through 31 March 2016, plus four (4) option years. This requirement will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 541611 is $14M. The Office of the Surgeon General has a requirement for a contractor to provide program and project development in support of telehealth services. Telehealth enables Army Medicine to deliver clinical services at a distance via electronic communications. Sometimes called telemedicine, mHealth, e-care, or telecare, the term telehealth covers a variety of clinical services provided using telecommunications and related technologies. Contractor shall provide analytical and program development support to fully develop telehealth services. The solicitation number is W81K00-15-R-0001. The solicitation will be available on 6 February 2015, at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on 27 February 2015. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone/faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
