- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS awarded a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for a Particle Size Analyzer LS13 320. Beckman Coulter, Inc, 205 S Kraemer Blvd, Brea, CA 928121-6232 is the only source that can provide a particle size analyzer LS13 320.
