- The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN (6665-01-462-2251) that will be an Unrestricted Direct Vendor Delivery with Time Definite Delivery with 4, 7, and 14 required delivery days and the possibility for an option with a stock line. All responsible approved sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Order. The IQC is being solicited for a 3 base year contract with an escalation potential for base years 2 and 3 to be extend at the time and discretion of the Government. Item is to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total shall not exceed two (2) years. Small Business size standard is 750 employees. This is an Unrestricted Direct Vendor Delivery with Time Definite Delivery with 4, 7, and 14 required delivery days and the possibility for an option with a stock line. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, Past Performance, as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section "M", See notes. This solicitation and synopsis will open on or about February 13, 2015. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
