- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies upon government verification, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Vessel Maintenance, Repairs, and Emergency Repairs as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) The Period of Performance is projected to be 18 February 2015 through 17 February 2017.Intrested offers' should contact CPT John D.
