Description

The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the US Consulate, Tijuana. The specific janitorial services shall be described in the actual RFP. Anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on FedBizOpps during the month of March 2015. Please see the RFP for the actual response date. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration. NO ELECTRONIC OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A DUNS num,ber is required and can be obtained here: https://iupdate.dnb.com/iUpdate/viewiUpdateHome.htm Obtaining a DUNS number should be done immediately for any serious bidder. Registering on www.SAM.gov is also a requirement before award. Obtaining SAM's regsitration should be done immediately for any serious bidder.
