- Description
- The purpose of this Amendment BEP-RFQ-15-0565 A0001 is to: a. Amend the evaluation factors to include the delivery date a separate factor; b. Expressly assert that the Government retains the right to make multiple awards under this requirement to multiple vendors; and c. Allow interested vendors to submit proposals in response to this change with the best final offer no later than 3:00 PM EST on 10 February 2015. Due to the lack of sufficient responses offering the required delivery period of 30 days ARO, the Government intends to allow vendors to submit/re-submit offers with the best final price and delivery timeframe and to evaluate offers, in addition to the listed factors, on the best possible delivery dates. All interested vendors must submit quotes with the best final price and delivery date no later than 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 10 February 2015 in order to be considered for award.
