- FSC-4510-Water Closet Seat This RFQ is for a 1-year Standing Quote Agreement with a possible 1-year option, not to exceed $150,000. This is a direct delivery procurement shipping to any Continential United States (CONUS) address location. Terms are FOB Destination, no minimum order quantity (1 each), inspection at Destination, and Delivery within 15 days or Better. Quantity break pricing can be offered with no more than three (3) price breaks. The product is a Black, Elongated Open Front, Water Closet Seat, plastic, with no lid, and hardware is included. MUST PROVIDE A PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEET of proposed product sufficient to establish product conformance to the Item Purchase Description. BACKORDERS: currently there are 34 orders on backorder for a quantity of 395 each seats to be issued at award. MARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPPING LABELS will require MIL-STD-129 (DOD-Military destinations) and FED-STD-123 (Civilian Agancies). Previous awardee Apex Pinnacle @ $11.76 each.
