- This is a Sources Sought Notice for a Cost per Copy Service Agreement for servicing two government owned Konica Minolta copiers located at Project Direct Network Enablers (PD Net E), Building 6007, 5th Floor, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Should any solicitation be issued as a result of this Sources Sought Notice, the anticipated Period of Performance will be one 12 month Base Year and two 12 month Option Years. The Government is seeking Small Business and 8a Businesses to determine set aside potential. NAICS Code: 811212 Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance Government Owned Copier Information: Brand: Konica Minolta Quantity: 2 Model: BIZHub C552 Serial #'s: A0P1012000504 - ID# 93208347 A0P1012000464 - ID# 93208220 Requirement: Cost Per Copy Annual maintenance to include labor, parts, drums, toner, staples and supplies (excludes paper) for each copier. The Government's preference is for the following monthly Black/White and Color volume output with ability for overages. However, vendors may provide input on service plans available which most closely meets these Cost Per Copy Requirements. Vendors are requested but not required to provide pricing data sheets for the following anticipated monthly volume outputs: Monthly B/W volume 7,200, overage $ XX per copy, per copier. Monthly color volume 2,000, overage $XX per copy, per copier. Vendors are reminded that this is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this sources sought must be in writing (email). The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of qualified vendors and available maintenance plans. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name, (b) address, (c) point of contact, (d) phone, fax and email, (e) DUNS number, (f) Cage Code, (g) Tax ID number, (h) type of business, (e.g. Small Business/8a), and (j) a capability statement that addresses qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described above; (k) pricing data is requested for the purposes of budgeting, but not required.
