- SOW Bidschedule Complete Solicitation Package The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Annual Maintenance and Service of the Mount Morris Dam Elevator. The contractor shall maintain, service, inspect, repair and perform the required tests as indicated. All technicians must have valid updated certifications. See the attached Solicitation, SOW and bid sheet. Site Visit will be February 12, 2015 at 10:00am at the Mount Morris Dam, William B Hoyt II Visitors Center, 6103 Visitor Center Road, Mount Morris, New York. This procurement is set-aside for total small business. The NAICS code is 238290 with a size standard of $15.0. Proposed quotes are due by 11:00 am on Feb 20, 2015. Proposals must include complete copies of certified technician requirements/licences and documentation and bid package. All packages can be e-mailed to cheryl.a.michener@usace.army.mil All contractor are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM accessed through https://acquisition.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220 Please contact Cheryl Michener @ 716-879-4211 if you need directions to the Mount Morris Dam and copies of the Accident Prevention Plan.
