- This is a commercial acquisition. This pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors of a solicitation that will be posted on or about 20 Feb 15 and will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System code 488190. The contract will be a firm fixed price. The proposed period of performance is one base year and 4 option years for the period 20 Apr 15 through 19 Apr 16 (annually if options are exercised). A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 25 Feb 15. If you plan on attending the site visit, you must coordinate with the 104th Contracting Squadron no later than 20 Feb 15 in order to gain access to Barnes ANG. All potential offerors must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation will provide detailed instructions to send proposals. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties are required to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal for this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.
