- Description
- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Quote which will result in an Indefinite Purchase Delivery Order (IDPO) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is a Seat, Flight Engineer/Navigator under Part Number 3A077-0005-01-2 (IPECO Holdings INC CAGE Code K9075) for NSN 1680-01-346-5943, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 8 each. The required delivery schedule with is 168. The approved sources of supply are Concepts Fabrics, Oklahoma Supply and Kirsch Fabric Corp; Configuration Control Applies; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 18 February 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
