- This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NSWCCD Philadelphia seeks to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia has established a requirement for 55 gallons, CAS No. 110-06-5 (DI-TERT-BUTYL DISULFIDE), Purity: minimum 97%. The required delivery of the supply items is 30 days after date of award. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 325180 with a size standard of 1000. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation. Specific details will be provided in the solicitation Request For Quote (RFQ) N65540-15-T-5011). This notice is being issued to advise all interested sources that RFQ N65540-15-T-5011 for the Di-Tert Butyl Disulfide will not be processed through Fed Bid. All interested sources can submit quotes directly to Marianne Campbell, Contract Specialist, marianne.campbell@navy.mil no later than 17 February 2015, 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
