- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing an Intent to Procure via Sole Source the 3-month extension of GSA FSS Task Order W81XWH-10-F-0435 with Baker Project Consulting, Inc. from 16 February 2015 through 15 May 2015 in order to allow sufficient time to complete the source selection process and award the follow-on contract resulting from solictation W81XWH-15-R-0001 that is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and closed 2 December 2014. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information by Friday, 13 February 2015 at 3:00 p.m. EST in order to establish the ability of the responder to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government; information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with responses to this notification. All inquiries must be submitted via e-mail to donna.r.blackstone.civ@mail.mil. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
