- The following questions were received and answers are being provided. Q1: In Attachment 7 - Requirements Cross Reference Matrix document, in reference to Req# K4 - In reference to the statement "The ASAE software tool shall integrate...utilizing appropriate APIs" - Can the contractor assume DCGS-SOF is or will use ML Version 7.03as this version supports SPARQL interfaces? If not, please specify which version the contractor should use. A1: DCGS-SOF is using MarkLogic version 7-0.4-3 with SPARQL. Q2: In Attachment 7 - Requirements Cross Reference Matrix document, in reference to Req# 1.11 - Can the Govt. provide the OWL files behind the Ontology documentation? A2: DCGS-SOF uses NetOwl for entity extraction and NetOwl does not use OWL files. OWL files are used to describe the Ontology in a markup language (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_Ontology_Language).
