Please continue to watch FedBizOpps for the FINAL COPY.** MICC Fort McCoy intends to post Request for Quote (RFQ) #W911SA-15-T-0036 in the near future for the delivery of LP Gas to multiple locations in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This RFQ will also include the set/move/removal of tanks as needed in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This procurement is Set-Aside as Unrestricted under the NAICS Code 324110 with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. The resultant Contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. **SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 06 FEBRUARY 2014; 10:00AM (CST) AT 1108 SOUTH R STREET IN FORT MCCOY, WI 54656.** Attendees at the pre-proposal conference/site visit are cautioned that the Government will not wait for anyone who is late or lost and will not hold another pre-proposal conference/site visit. Remarks, explanations and answers provided by Government representatives before, during and after the site visit shall not change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of the solicitation. The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by the Fort McCoy Contracting Office. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
