Description

Under FAR 12 Commercial Acquisition and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Germersheim Army Depot has a requirement for 400 fire extinguishers. The minimum essential characteristics (MECs) are: The procurement shall consist of the following: Provide and deliver 400 fire extinguishers to Germersheim ARMY Depot including all additional expenses.
