- Purchase Request: 57045426, NSN: 2840-01-553-3371, Part Number: 4502289c. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are UTC AEROSPACE SYTEMS DBA HAMILTON, Cage 55820. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 10 each, Cherry Point, NC (PRLI 0001). FOB origin, Inspection and Acceptance at origin. The required delivery is 415 days ARO. PIPPRs applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is a commercial item and is solicited under FAR 13.5. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The solicitation issue date is February 19, 2015.
