Yates Rd between Poplar Ave and Shady Grove Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 14 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 3 years Firm Term: 2 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None The United States Government intends to award an un-evaluated renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service that is expiring in Memphis, TN.
