Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Veterans Affairs Medical Center (TVHS VAMC) "the parent facility" requires Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services including the provision of Primary Health (PH), Comprehensive Women's Health care, and Mental Health (MH) services in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in the following Tennessee counties: Dekalb, Grundy, Van Buren, and Warren. The contractor shall provide continuous delivery of Contractor Operation Primary Care Services and Mental Health Care Services located within the city limits of McMinnville Tennessee in Warren County Tennessee. The period of performance noted in the solicitation shall be for a base period of one year, and shall include four one-year option periods. There will be a single award made from the solicitation, or the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation. The solicitation will identify a time frame for submission of questions (approximately 2 weeks) and all interested parties are asked to comply with the time frames set forth in the solicitation document for submission of questions. The solicitation shall set out specific requirements for submitting a proposal and all Offerors will be expected to fully comply with proposal submission requirements.
