- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT POINT REYES NATIONAL SEASHORE LANDFILL SERVICES FOR FY15 RFQ No. P15PS00465 The National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore, has a requirement for disposing 375 tons of waste to a landfill site. The National Park Service will be responsible for delivering all waste to the landfill site. Delivery will occur once a week during low visitation season (October -March) and twice a week during high visitation season (April through September). The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract. The period of performance for this requirement will be from March 2, 2015 through March 1, 2016. Award selection will be based on the responsible firm whose offer conforming to this RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (technical capability and past performance). The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562122, with a corresponding size standard of $38.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on/about February 10, 2015 by electronic means only and can be downloaded along with all related attachments from the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov and/or FedConnect website at http://www.fedconnect.net. The RFQ will close fifteen days from the actual date of issuance. Interested parties are responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. QUOTES ARE DUE ON FEBRUARY 24, 2015 AT 4:30P.M.
