U.S. GOVERNMENT Sole Source Advertisement General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City/State: Nashville, TN Delineated Area: Percy Priest Reservoir Dam on Stewart's Ferry Pike; SW & NW on Stewart's Ferry Pike to I-40; West: I-40 to White Bridge Pike; South: White Bridge Pike to Woodmont Blvd.; East: Woodmont Blvd. to Murfreesboro Pike; Southeast on Murfreesboro Pike to Bell Road; North: on Bell Road to the intersection of Bell Road and Stewart's Ferry Pike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,790 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,790 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 03 Parking Spaces (Surface/Reserved): 03 Full Term: 10-years Firm Term: 10-years Option Term: Two (2) - 5-year options Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Nashville, TN. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, equipment currently being utilized by the government at the current location, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
