Description
Attachment 1 - SOW - ADR Training Models RFQ Solicitation (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is FA8051-15-T-0003 Training Models; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-78. (iv) This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999. The business size standard in number of employees is 500. (v) CLIN 0001: ADR Training Models. See documentation (attachment 1), OR EQUAL. Shipping cost included in each line item. (vi) See paragraph (v). (vii) Place of Delivery: AFCEC Readiness Directorate (ATTN: Mr. Lance S. Filler) 139 Barnes Drive, Suite A Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. (viii) Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. If quoting an "or equal", a specification sheet or other information must be submitted that provides sufficient detail to determine whether or not the substituted products can satisfy the need. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items : (a) Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is determined to be technically acceptable. To be determined technically acceptable, the proposal must meet the requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Any offer deemed technically unacceptable will be eliminated from competition. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all.
