GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN THE TWINSBURG, OH AREA State: Ohio City: Twinsburg Delineated Area: Twinsburg and surrounding citites of Macedonia, Hudson, Aurora, Solon, Glenwillow Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 135 usf Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 165 usf Space Type: Individual Office Full Term: ten (10) years Firm Term: three (3) years Expressions of Interest Due: February 24th, 2015 Market Survey (Estimated): The Government’s decision to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. The Lessor must be willing to work through the Government’s initial leasing process in order to receive prompt and successive rental payment. The United States Government is looking for 135 to 165 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space for one employee. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as the Offeror’s rental rate and willingness to work with the Federal Government. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, handicap accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in a flood zone. Submission Requirements - Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1) building name/address/building ownership information; 2) location of space in the building and date it will be available; 3) rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included as part of the rental rate; 4) ANSI/BOMA defined office area (ABOA); 5) one-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered (electronic, Auto-CAD); 6) name, address, telephone number and email address of authorized contact
