- Description
- Sources are being sought for parking space services at an established parking facility. The Government requires secure parking spaces for a maximum of eighty (80) privately owned automobiles per month. The location of the parking space services shall be in close proximity of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, 4300 Glumack Drive and 7150 Humphrey Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55450. The facility(s) must be onsite the airport location and accessible twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The distance between the entrances to the parking area(s) must be within.50 miles of the entrance(s) to the airport facility. The requirement is anticipated to be a period of one year. Offerors/sources shall not submit pricing at this time. Interested vendors must provide the type of parking service(s) available (i.e. has a transportation shuttle or walking distance) and their Business Designation/Size. The Government is seeking for established parking facility vendors, not real estate brokers. Responses shall only be accepted if they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
