Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b64 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, New Jersey VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified for providing the following item for the New Jersey VAMC Centers. The expectation is that an estimated 4700 copies of the professionally printed newsletter will be produced, mailed/delivered to the NJ WRIISC site and to individuals on its mailing list 3 times per year. These three separate issues of the newsletter will each be 8 pages long printed with 1/8 inch (0p9) trimming tolerance on 100-pound semi-gloss paper of at least 30% post-consumer recycled material, saddle-stitched along the spine. For each newsletter issue, 1 pre-flight preparation to create pre-flight files is required. Also required is a high-resolution proof, at a minimum of 1200 DPI furnished within 48 hours of receiving an art file from NJ WRIISC. For each issue, the portion that is to be mailed directly to NJ WRIISC (1000 newsletters) will be packaged as approximately 500 issues per box. These mailing costs will be included. For each issue that will be mailed to individuals on the mailing list (3700 newsletters), indicia will be printed in the upper right corner of the back cover in addition to individuals' addresses on the back cover in the appropriate area. These mailing costs will be paid up front. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 323111. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than February 18, 2015. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 323111. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to (a capabilities statement), DUNS number, address, point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) (see internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received no later than February 18, 2015 at 3:00PM. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
