Description
U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Pensacola and surrounding area Delineated Area: A portion of Escambia County, FL bounded as follows: Northern boundary: I-10 Southern boundary: Florida Highway 296 Eastern boundary: I-10 Western boundary: Pensacola Boulevard Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,791 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,791 Space Type: 9,991 sf of office space and 800 sf of storage space Parking Spaces (Total): 34 Parking Spaces (Surface): 34 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 34 Full Term: 5 years (60 months) Firm Term: 3 years (36 months) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous. Storage space may be located in an adjacent building. The storage space needs to be in a climate controlled building. Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposal and Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required for the Office Space but not for the Storage Space. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Pensacola, Florida that will be expiring on March 31, 2015. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
