THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 3 MARCH 2015. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price contract for construction of P330 Entry Control Point with an option for construction of P064 Post Office at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa. This will be a full and open competitive procurement. Please refer to the attached document for further details.
