FA2517-15-T-9006 Synopsis Solicitation OWS OWS Price Schedule Form WG-2 WD 05-2079 (REV.-16) PWS Attachment E CMAFS Pictures PWS Attachment D CMAFS Sampling Analysis Report PWS Attachment C PAFB Water Levels – 29 pages PWS Attachment B PAFB 2011 OWS Sampling #41 PWS Attachment A PAFB Bldg 1229A Analytical 2010 Report – 49 pages PWS - OWS, dated 6 Feb 2015, 16 pages Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to inspect, pump, clean and remove the Oil/Water Separators (OWS), Sand Sediments and Grease Traps contents located at Peterson AFB, CO and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, CO as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Conform to all federal, state, local requirements, federal, state, local governments and commercial standards and (AFOSH 91-501) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards as well as (AFI 91-203). Work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this PWS. Estimated requirements are listed in Section V and Section VI, Appendix A, Estimated Workload Data for the Oil & Water Separators, Sand Sediments, and the Grease Traps.
