(ABOA): 9,791 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 2 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Memphis, TN that will be expiring on 7/10/2015. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
