- NASA Glenn Research Center intends to issue a Modification to an existing contract, NNC08BA09B, to extend services for Professional, Administrative, Computational, and Engineering Services consisting of: technical tasks in the areas of Planning and Integration; Applications Support; Content Management and Collaboration Services; Enterprise Services; Multimedia Services; IT Security Services; Specialized Information Systems; and Customer Experience and Engagement. The award of a single Time-and-Material contract will be for six months and is being extended due to the protest of the new contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 million in a three-year average annual receipts for determining whether or not a business is small. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted after award on the Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GRC Business Opportunities page is http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This announcement serves as the Advanced Notice for this Modification. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the modification. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for a solicitation package will not be honored. Potential Offerors MUST register on FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov/ in order to receive notification(s) and/or change(s). NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
