- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for a POWER PANEL REPLACEMENT at the SALT LAKE CITY ARTCC, UTAH. -Type of Contract: Firm, Fixed Price. -Davis Bacon Wage rates apply. -Estimated value: $50,000 to $100,000. -OPTIONAL site visit: March 5, 2015 (see below). -Offers due: March 25, 2015. -NAICS Code: 238210. This requirement is an 8(a) Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) concerns set-aside. 8(a) businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration Form inserted following Part IV, Section K.
