- The Navy is seeking industry ideas, best practices, and feedback regarding the delivery and support of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) toolset to support strategic IT decisions, financial planning, budget justification, cost performance analytics along with financial benchmarking and measurement capabilities. The toolset should also include the ability to track and report customer profile information and service provisioning detail.
