- This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, resources and experience to meet the requirements for upgrading or sustaining Air Force, Navy, and Army T-6A and T-6B Texan II (hereafter referred to as T-6) aircraft. These potential upgrades will allow the T-6 to continue unrestricted flight (exclusive of Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums) in the National Airspace System (NAS) out to and including the year 2025 and will replace or upgrade selected avionics as required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-FEB-2015); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
