- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) and the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) located at Rock Island Arsenal, IL and the Project Director for Joint Services (PD JS) and the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) are announcing an Industry Day to be held in connection with the property management and operation of the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant (SCAAP) combined with the associated production at SCAAP of 155mm M795 steel projectile and 120mm mortar steel shell bodies under solicitation W52P1J-15-R-0023.
