Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maine City/Town: Eastport Delineated Area: North: Adams Street East: Atlantic Ocean South: Sullivan Street West: a straight line running south from Adams Street, through the west end of Woodman Place, terminating at the intersection of Kilby Street and Washington Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 630 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Parking available onsite or within ¼ mile for visitors and tenant employees. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) CAD drawing of space offered (if available). 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. 4) Rentable Square Feet Offered. 5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet. 6) Number and location of parking spaces available on the premises. 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
