Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-15-R-0069 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to raise, realign with and without permanent helical anchoring support system, clean headstones and turf renovation with sod at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery located in St Louis, MO 61325 with a period of performance of 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard of $20.5 million is applicable. Award will be made on a Best Value basis utilizing the following criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around February 20, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 20, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
