- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following Level 1 items: 240 FT 2-1/2 NPS Schedule 80 NICU Pipe, PC P1; 120 FT 4 NPS Schedule 80 NICU Pipe, PC P2; 180 FT 3 NPS Schedule 80 NICU Pipe, PC P3; 150 FT ½ NPS Schedule 80 NICU Pipe, PC P4; 8 each Reducer, Concentric, Butt Weld 4x2-1/2 NPS Schedule 80, PC F1; 12 each Reducer, Concentric, Butt Weld 4 x 3 NPS Schedule 80, Grade 400, PC F2; 12 each Elbow, 90 Degree, Long Rad, Butt Weld, 3 NPS Schedule 80, PC F3; 44 each Elbow, 90 Degree, Long Rad, Butt Weld, 4 NPS Schedule 80, PC F4; 8 each Tee, Butt Weld, 4 NPS Schedule 80, PC F5; 8 each Elbow, 90 Degree, Long Rad, Butt Weld, 2-1/2 NPS Schedule 80, PC F6; and, 8 each Flange, Class 1500, Weld Neck, 2-1/2 NPS Schedule 80, PC F10, in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA. The required delivery date is 6/1/2015. The solicitation will be issued as a non-commercial RFP in accordance with FAR Part 15. The applicable NAICS Code is 332919. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to NECO to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-15-R-0004. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 26 February 2015. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 25 March 2015 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
