- Sole Source Justification Outpatient and inpatient alcohol/substance abuse treatment for American Indian and Alaska Natives in Hawaii. The primary focus of this RFP is for case Management of alcoholism/substance abuse treatment, including cost effectivemedical, dental, and preventive screening for the maximum use of health care resources. The Case Manager will utilize existing culturally appropriate health care resources in the local area or regional substance abuse treatment facility, as appropriate to patient need(S). HIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTD TO Ke Ola Mamo, the incumbent providor of these services.
