Description

15-233-SOL-00137 The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration/Program Support Center/Acquisition Management Services/Division of Negotiated Acquisitions (HHS/OASA/PSC/AMS/DNA) intends to award a sole source contract, utilizing acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 for the Program Support Center/Financial Management Portfolio/Office of the Director (PSC/PMP/OD) to obtain parking spaces. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive quotes. The purpose of this notice is merely to obtain capability statements to allow interested firms an opportunity to demonstrate their qualifications for the standards below. The purpose of this contract is to provide parking spaces for the Program Support Center/Financial Management Portfolio/Office of the Director (PSC/FMP/OD), located at 7700 Wisconsin Ave, 10209C, Bethesda, MD 20857. The period of performance for the contract shall be for one 12-month base period.
