Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Elekta, Inc., for the maintenance and service of equipment, components and software of VA-owned Elekta Synergy Linear Accelerators in Puget Sound, WA. NAICS 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical software updates, authorized equipment parts and components, and repair services equal to Elekta critical software updates, authorized equipment parts and components, and repair services. Responses must be received no later than 15:00pm PST on 26 Feb 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov.
