- Climb Protection Gear This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12. Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number H92240-15-T-00LL incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-72, dated 22 November 2006 and DFARS Change Notice 20050930. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is C9E. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This requirement is being issued under the terms of Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 33920 Sporting and Athletic Equipment, the Size Standard is 500 employees. The Naval Special Warfare Command, Contracting Office, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek - Fort Story, Virginia Beach. Va. 23459 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract from qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name or Equal for request Line Items. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
